First 7km slightly up and down, from K7 up for 1,5 km to (+43 m), then -260 m till K13.5, then slightly up en down for 6.6 km till K 20.0; From there climbing from 1.110 m till K 26,5 at 1.275m (+165m). Coffee / Lunch and boat ride at lake Diluti at K 26,5. Also possible to do fishing. After the coffee break/lunch the second stage of 20 km: First 2 km at K 28,7 +53m , then down 74 m to K 32.2 again up 60 m to K 36,4, lastly gradually down 100m for the remaining 9 km
